Oxaliplatin plus 5Fluorouracil (5FU) and leucovorin (LV) is the standard treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC). We describe a rare clinical case of acute renal failure probably oxaliplatin-related at one day from the end of the palliative treatment.
